BIG Neighbor Needs

Our Big Neighbor program supports under-resourced families by connecting them with the necessities of everyday life. We provide care packages full of non-perishable food, cleaning products, children’s activities and self-care items to alleviate the financial burden for families who struggle to purchase these essential items. Here are some items we are always in need of to help meet the needs of these families.

• Cleaning Supplies
• Dish Soap
• Paper Towels
• Canned/Boxed Food
• Laundry Detergent
• Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Deoderant
• Books for Littles to read (elementary and middle school) 
• Games  
• Sports equipment (new or like new) 
• Legos (tubs) 
• Puzzles for elementary school students
• Seasonal crafts
• Water color paint
• Markers 
• Gift cards to local restaurants or grocery stores
• Gas cards
• Tickets to sporting events: UD Flyers, Wright State Raiders, Cincinnati Bengals and Reds, Dayton Dragons 
• Tickets to performances at the Schuster Center, Victoria Theatre, The Fraze, etc. 
• Gift cards and discount cards for other fun activities like the movies, Scene 75, and restaurants for when Bigs and Littles eat out together
